Questions
Can I keep using Microsoft 365 sign-in?
Yes. With Enterprise, people sign in with their Microsoft account, and SnagBane reads your Entra ID directory for person pickers, managers and groups.
Does it replace Power Automate?
For request approvals, usually yes — stages, conditions and reminders are built in. For anything else you can still trigger Power Automate flows from SnagBane (Enterprise).
Can we import existing forms?
Paste the questions from Word or an email and SnagBane turns them into a form in seconds.
