Licensing questions
How do I activate Enterprise?
You receive a licence key by email right after buying. Paste it in Administration → License and install the Enterprise module from Administration → System → Updates. Step-by-step guide.
What counts as an installation?
One running copy of SnagBane (one database). A test server needs its own licence; you can move a licence with “Deactivate on this server”.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time in your Freemius account. The licence then stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens when the licence ends?
Enterprise features pause right away — there is no grace period — and nothing is deleted. Forms, responses, approvals, workspaces and groups keep working, and Enterprise continues as soon as the licence is renewed.
Refunds?
You may ask for a refund within 14 days of your first purchase, as described in the licence agreement. Refunds are handled by Freemius.
Does SnagBane need internet access?
Enterprise checks its licence once a day (outgoing HTTPS to api.freemius.com and the SnagBane licence service). If the check can’t get through, Enterprise keeps working for up to 2 days while SnagBane retries every hour.
