Branch with columns

Give each answer its own questions — side by side, so you always see the whole flow. Only the chosen column is shown to the person filling in.

Steps

  1. Add a Single choice, Dropdown or Yes / No question with its options.
  2. Click Add branching under the question. Every answer gets its own column.
  3. Use + Add question inside a column for the questions only that answer needs. A column without questions goes straight on.
  4. Below the columns they join again — everyone continues with the questions under the join. A column can also End the form.
