Create a form and branch with columns

Start from a template (or paste your questions), then give each answer its own questions — side by side, so you always see the whole flow.

Steps

  1. Go to Forms → New form and pick a template, Blank form or Paste your questions.
  2. Click a single choice, dropdown or yes/no question and choose Add branching. Every answer gets its own column.
  3. Use + Add question inside a column for the questions only that answer needs. Each column can Continue below or End the form.
  4. Everything saves automatically. Press Publish and share the link or QR code from the Share tab.
